Dinner and Bikes’ Joshua Ploeg, Joe Biel, and Elly Blue rolled into Watkins with buckets of vegan food, a van load of books, zines, and extra cool t-shirts, plus all the videos about bicycling and bike issues you could eat.
A large crowd filled the Student Center to sample a Mexican inspired dinner created by traveling chef Josh Ploeg. Room 503 was filled to capacity for Joe’s videos and Elly’s insights into the economics and soul of bicycle culture.
